Who we are

This website is operated by LVN Tech SRL/BV, Route de Lennik 1043, 1070 Anderlecht, Belgium, enterprise number 0806.662.266. We are the controller for the personal data described below. You can reach us atadmin@lvntech.be.

What we collect and why

Contact form and email

When you contact us, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, company, phone number and message. We use them only to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to you, or steps you request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).

Contact form messages are delivered to our mailbox through Web3Forms, which processes the message only to forward it. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace.

Job applications

If you send us an application, we use your CV and details only to assess your application. Unless you agree otherwise, we delete them within 12 months if no position results.

Website statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies or collect personal data that identifies you, so no cookie consent is required. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the website.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

How long we keep data

We keep correspondence as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and no longer than required by law for business records.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Email us at admin@lvntech.be to exercise these rights. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
